I purchase a vehicle with financing over $110,000 and once the deal was done I was just giving the keys and that was it. Nobody really went over the vehicle with me. Nobody talked to me about how turn on the radio or how the four-wheel-drive works or how to navigate the touchscreen. I know nothing about CarPlay or any of the other apps on the system. Now I just have to figure it on my own.
You asked me if I was satisfied, I am not complaining but you asked. I spent a lot of money with you guys.
The other thing I’m kind of not satisfied with is the actual looks of the touch screen. It looks grainy elementary basic and boring. some of it even looks just like a plain old computer screen. It could’ve been better.
