My car was never washed (not that I could tell) and I waited 15 minutes before anyone came out to greet me while I watched a gentleman pull up behind me in a white Escape and get taken care of first. He couldn’t have had an appointment because I called the day prior and was told appointments weren’t needed. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed. If there is anything I can say that was positive is that I was out of there in less than an hour. Overall, not your best Villa Ford.
