My service rep Joel was kind and empathetic, but the vehicle's problems were not fixed. One part was out of stock, one problem (cracked vinyl seat) was deemed to be not covered by factory warranty, and another problem (the 4th time it's been in for this) is NOT repaired! I am very disappointed.

Be clear with when my car will be ready to be picked up. Your automated text message told me that my vehicle would be ready soon, so we showed up about 2 hours after I received that message. Your automated text message was misleading and made us waste a whole trip just to be told to come back tomorrow as my car was not ready. Very disappointed with the communications from Ford.

After Looking at my vehicle from getting services,I noticed on my two front tires. They are missing their original bolts that came with the car .I now have two spare bolts on two of my front tires. Which I know is not how I brought in my Vehicle .

I am not frustrated by this, but the external noise that we believed was caused by the bad left axle is still there. I just wish the car would have been road tested after the new axle to check for it. I will bring it in again to have you give it another look. Thanks.
