I went to change the oil to my truck, when I picked it up and brought it home I see damage on my back bumper and I went back and I told the manager to check the cameras, they only checked the cameras when I arrived but he told me I brought the car already damaged and I told them to check the cameras in the back where they change the oil and they say don’t have have any in the back. I’m mad because I bought the car there, always had my service done right there, and I saw there was many cameras in the back, sobplease contact me because I want to do everything the right way. ****-****-xxxx - Fernando

Domingo explained my problem to him and he told me to give him time to check it with the Technician and he offered me a very friendly and professional rental car. My camera system was failing very frequently. I had previously taken it in in January of this year but No, they did absolutely nothing, Sunday gave me a lot of security and about that, at 2.30 pm the vehicle told me that it was ready with that speed and efficiency, I give 100% customer service, very efficient and professional. Victor is THE MAN! I have had many horrible experiences with getting my vehicle serviced, but truck was here at Villa Ford of Orange and I can’t come up with one single complaint.
