Jane always gets it right! The controls for the fan would not lower, it was stuck on high. She even sat in my car and performed a reset but the fan continued to blow on the highest level. She explained what the issue would most likely be. However, a mechanic would need to check it out to pinpoint the exact issue.
She explained how my extended warranty works. If the issue falls under the warranty, I would only pay my deductible. If not, then she said she would call before the mechanic does anything.
I trust Jane with my car and what she tells me. I appreciate her so much! Thank you Janey, for all you do to take care of me & my car.
