Your warranty person lied about what was covered under my plan. I asked him twice and my wife asked him once if the electronics were covered and he answered yes all three times. I now find out that the dash display is not covered. I will not buy another Ford product as I will not tolerate being lied to.

I have asked for the same problem with my driver door locking without me wanting it locked at least 3 times in the last year and your people have not found the problem. I was told it didn’t do it while it was at the dealership so they can’t fix it.
I’m not a mechanic but maybe they should just replace the locking system to that door.
