Glen did a great job of keeping me informed on the process of the service and made me aware of a safety issue with the lug nuts that was corrected with an upgrade to better lug nuts.

Ref Invoice W55888 concern 52 "charging issue". Upon return of my car, and arriving home, I plugged in the ford provided charging cable. No blue light only amber. There is not enough room here to discuss this problem. Can I meet with someone at the dealership?
