Car not ready when promised (11 am). When I called at 11:30 was tod 20 more minutes. Called again at 12:30 to be told it would be ready when I arrive. I'm OK with delays, that happens. Please be proactive in warning me, and don't tell me 20 more minutes when it is really 65.
