Worst service ever ! The advisor Edgar Barron assisting me with my vehicle did not provide any updates as he mentioned that he would. I had to keep texting/calling him to provide me updates this is already the second time. The first time was back on 08/10/2020, I didn’t leave a bad review but due to this circumstance in which my vehicle was kept for a week is why I’m leaving this review. Especially because Edgar mentioned to me in a text, If I can come to the shop to test drive with the foreman as the issue may only be occurring with me. But honestly would not want to go there again for any kind of service but due to the vehicle having warranty there I have NO CHOICE. Even the director Baron Peoples assisting me was trying to charge me $170 for the technicians time which they had mentioned in the first place that they would not charge me. I have not dealt with any other advisor so I can’t speak regarding them but the advisor that assisted me lacks communication skills and providing quality customer service. If I was to go again I would be asking for another advisor and not him. I’m not satisfied at all. My vehicle stayed there for a whole week due to his poor communication.

He wrote up my concerns and service requests and followed up with text messages about the time frame to expect the completion of the repair/ service. Glen was great help . I was told it was fixed but soon as I got home I checked my car it was leaking coolant again, not even five minutes after I got home . So j called glen right away took it back it was finally fixed properly. I don’t know if it wasn’t fixed the first time if that’s the case then it’s really unprofessional if they try to rip their customers . I was disappointed with this dealer being a car owner you think they will take care of it . But if you have to check your car if it is was done right it’s scary . Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else . Only good thing Glen was a big help
