Edgar was awesome, however, one of the lot attendants was not. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed ash Everywhere in my car. It appears someone left the windows open at one point. I approached a male lot attendant and let him know my car was full of ash inside and asked if he could have it vacuumed. He aggressively took my keys from me and got in my car. He whipped the car around from its parking spot to the driveway where You drop off vehicles. He was driving so fast that he had to slam on the breaks to avoid hitting another employee. I take care of my car, I baby it, I get it serviced often and I drive it like I own it. I just paid it off and I am very fond of my car. To have someone else drive my car in the way he did, I can’t believe it. I will most likely not return to Villa Ford solely based on this one employees attitude and lack of regard for My car, me as a customer and his fellow employee that he almost hit. I would recommend checking your video surveillance for the day I picked the car up so you can see for yourself. I never got his name but he was one of the employees driving around on the two seat golf cart with a flat bed that had a red light on the roof of the vehicle.

Joel was amazing, he was quick and answered every single question I had. If it wasn’t for the fires I would’ve gotten the car wash he offered me!! He walked me through everything and I don’t know much about cars so it was nice having someone being patient and having a good vibe all around while helping me get my car checked out. GIVE THIS MAN SOME CREDIT IF YALL HAVENT YET!!! Keep it up Joel much respect for what you did for me

I felt that the dealership just wanted to rip me off. Not sure what happened to this dealership but I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have never felt like this. Even when I asked for a service manager I got pass back to the service tech. Which I didn’t trust and was just a double talking person. When he called me and said to replace four door lock switches and the cost would be $1800. What the hell. When I picked up my truck and started it the check engine light came on. Which it has never done for 20 years of owning this truck. And the tech said you need new batteries. Which I told him that they were just replaced six months. And than he stated to change his direction to something else. Again I will never come to this place and never recommend this dealership to anyone. Should someone from dealership management want to contact me. ****-****-xxxx. I will be glad to go into more details of this unsatisfied customer experience in my life.
