I have maintenance warranty oil chages included ...i always pay 45 to 60 extra for full synthetic... i was quoted 58 .. ended paying 99.00 !! 2 1/2 hr wait time ... maintenance warranty is a major rip off !!

Was satisfied with everything except when I came to pick up my car. I asked the gentleman at the valet desk if they treated the interior of car with disinfectant. He said yes they did treat it when I first bought the car which is fine to protect the employees from customers. Makes sense. It also makes sense that at the time of delivery, the last employee driving car will disinfect it before customer gets in. We have two other cars of different brands where this procedure is SOP by other dealers. I would trust Villa Ford adopt this process as well.

Very fast service for a Saturday. I have been coming for years for service. When your dealership had new owners the employees were always nice but the service kept getting slower and slower and it took days to fix my car. I had to rent cars to go back and forth to work. Which cost $$$$, and of course the cost of the service. I was really impressed with the FAST service this time. I give Carlos an “A,” for his excellent service. Please tell him thank you!!! Please keep up the fast service !!!
