Everything was fantastic with the service itself. Glen is very friendly but needs to listen to customers a bit more closely.

I only take my Mustang there for all my maintenance needs. It's always a pleasure working with the Service & Sales Dept. The last repair was done in a very timely matter. Thank you to all the staff for such a speedy return of my vehicle.

I don’t receive a call when my car was done.

My advisor Edgar did not demonstrate proper work ethics. When I dropped of the vehicle with him, he was a bit rude. Told me “oh you can leave already, I call you when it’s done”. I asked him for an approximate time and he said, “I don’t know what’s wrong yet, I’ll call you.” But the way he said it was just with a bad attitude. He provided me with his card and I never received a call or notification from him indicating the issues my vehicle had or what was going on. I kept texting him asking for updates and he texted that he will get back to me with updates but never did. At 2:08pm he texted that the vehicle was almost ready and that he was getting washed and will call as soon as it was done. 3 hours past and nothing. I had to text him and he just texted, “it’s all done, you can come pick it up” due to me being not in area, I was not going to be able to make it before 6pm to pick up the car. I had to pick it up the following day which was today. I am not satisfied at all. Especially because today I went to pick up the car and Edgar was there, noticed me but did not attend me or assist me. Another representative that was passing by actually took his time to help and direct me to where I needed to go. This makes me not want to take the vehicle for any services.

Very disappointing. No follow up or communication. Delays in repairs. Then he tried to collect a deductible on a well known emissions warranty issue covered by Ford that even I knew about and I’m not the Ford service advisor. I would expect him to be my advocate and be an expert on my behalf. Also, I just bought the truck there, it still had the paper plates on, and he still wanted to charge me. I am really sorry to say it was the poorest dealership service I have had. I would love to be loyal to Villa Ford since I live in Villa Park, but I’m not sure I can take another poor experience there.

Great service provided by Dustin and Villa Ford on Friday. No appointment, but they got me in and out in just a few hours from the time I arrived.

Janey as always was extremely helpful and courteous. She provided great customer service and made sure everything was handled on time. Janey is an asset to your dealership. Thank you.

Joel is the best! Kept me updated and very very professional. Went out of his way to get my car for me at pick up when he noticed the valet was busy.
