Worst service drive experience Victor said this is your 30,000 mile service so you need to..and that he spoke in machine gun English so fast I had no idea what he said until he said $373.00 I've worked at car dealerships for 29 years, 5 of them at a Ford store! He thought I was so stupid old lady and I thought he was a rude condescending little brat who was mad he had to work on a Saturday. I will never work with Victor Barron ever again! I aud no to everything bc I will have those things done at a store that doesn't treat their customers like idiots
