I came in or a simple oil change and was told it would take a maximum of one and a 1/2 hours. It took just over that amount of time and a wonder to keep the car longer for a carwash. Unfortunately I didn't have any more time so the car was not clean when I left.

Carlos was great.
I did however get a new battery and kind of expected the corrosion and acid to be cleaned off from the housing and cables as a courtesy, and unfortunately that wasn’t done. Not a huge thing, just an extra step I think that would have left me completely satisfied and feeling good about the service provided.
