Jane gets 5 of 5 stars. Pleasant person. Good communication and does what she she says she will do. My truck was returned, once again, With dirty grease marks on both of my sill plates. Something you just can’t miss when you get in and get out of the vehicle. I will not bring my vehicle back here for service.

Carlos works fast, He was able to write up my service request quickly schedule my list in order to make it to work on time. The only thing I would suggest for the people who wash the car is to do a better job at drying it because there was a lot of hard water spots on my windshield and right side of my vehicle.

Brought my explorer in for oil change and mostly a slow leak in one tire . I explained to Joel that I could not find a nail or anything else and the tire would most likely need to be dismounted and check the seal between the rim and the tire and willing to pay for it. When the car was completed Joel told me they submerged it in water and no bubbles. If the technician knew tires he would have at less tried what I ask. After waiting two hours for the work to be done and know had no confidence in your shop. After returning home about 8 hours later the tire had lost 15 pounds of pressure. I did explain to Joel that the tire had been loosing pressure for about a week. I have had all the maintenance and these tires also installed at your Orange location.
