Came in with “funny” noises coming from the front end of the vehicle having already taken it to two local mechanics who could not figure out the problem. Villa Fords team was able to identify the problem and replace the defective parts. So far I have not heard the “funny” noises from the vehicle. So all is good there. The one critique I would have is the communication on the status of the vehicle and repairs could of been a little better, but overall i am satisfied with the service. Thank you Sheldon for your help!

Glen who helped us actually was amazing and had great customer service. However, I don’t trust your tech to work on my mustang in the future as I noticed driving home that my passenger airbag cover is now really scratched up and it looks bad. I worked really hard to get this car as it’s what I’ve always wanted and will keep forever it just saddens me that my car wasn’t handled with care. But like I said you do have great customer service, I just don’t think I trust I can trust your mechanics in the future.
