I brought my vehicle to get serviced for oil and to replace the windshield liquid reservoir that was damaged when I took my car to your facility that was on Katella I asked for a loaner because I have a disabled son and I need a car to move him around your technician gave me a car from enterprise and at the end I had to pay 169.00 because your technician claimed that the damage to my car was done by rodents.My car was at your facility for 5 days if any rodents chewed the hoses it was at your premises because there is no rodents in my house I am paying a pretty penny for this service I was only supposed to pay my 100.00 deductible but instead I paid 170.00 for the diagnostic and had no repairs done.So if you want to know if I am happy with my experience. The answer is no.
