A number of issues from the first exposure to the closing process of picking up my vehicle. An 8 day process (including the weekend) to analyze a battery problem and a steering check. Lengthy waiting times in checking, picking up and dropping off a loaner car. Told the delay was due to a backup of other vehicles being serviced, but why make an appointment and remind me of my appointment if you already know your going to delayed in working on my vehicle. Picking up my car that was dirtier than when I left it for service with the plastic floor protectors left in my vehicle. Waiting an additional 45 mins to get a loaner vehicle when the service advisor was already given an hour and half to get it ready. Communication for the pick up and drop off of the loaner/rental car was poor, I was sent back and forth several times to complete the process that one employee told me was the responsibility of another and I became the messenger. Waiting for employees to address my issue while 3 employees were engaged in a casual conversation while I was in line and getting bounced back and forth from the service rep to cashier to the employee prepping my rental. The pick up process was rushed and again I’m bounced between another service rep and the cashier to get my car and asked twice about my car keys, keys that were never given to me. I had to make a 3rd trip to the cashier to have that employee had me my keys and again told to go out front to pick up my car. Once I handed my keys over. I’m asked where my car is by another employee? There is more to this comedy of errors that I will address with Fords Corporate office. I’ve was with Ford of Orange, before this service call and never experienced this type of disorganization with them. Overall there isn’t much motivation to return here other than the proximity of this location.

I had just bought my truck and two days later my truck had a transmission leak. That problem was fixed which was great but I had also mentioned that trim on the middle front seat had detached itself. I was told the trim was except it’s not because it is still detached and would like that fixed since my truck is brand new and haven’t even had for a week yet. The customer service is great but I just want my truck fixed.

My dealer was Hakaim and the manager was George. Both were terrible!!! Once I bought the car, I experience many issues and both individuals had the mentality that I nor the issues mattered since the car was already bought. I WILL NOT be coming back and I WILL NOT refer anyone to purchase a car from this dealer! Terrible customer service!
