Glen Kotler was wonderful. I did however feel uncomfortable while i was there because not all employees were wearing masks. They were all huddled next to each other as well. The valet that retrieved my vehicle when I picked it up was not wearing a mask either and got into my car breathing in it and brought it to me. Very disturbing

I greatly appreciated Jane’s follow up calls, keeping me informed as to the status of my car. It was in Service at Villa Ford for 22 days!! This was the 3rd or 4th time I’ve brought my new car in for the same issue.
Jane was on top of it. She cared about me as a customer! She communicated to me in layman’s terms so I could understand what the issue was & had a posit e approach to ‘it will get fixed this time’. She was also very reassuring. She even asked me how I liked the rental. I would recommend others to ask for her!!

My car was at the dealer for 2 weeks. I followed up several times and did not receive a call that the repairs were completed. When I received this survey link, I texted back that I was still waiting for a call. I then got a call from my service advisor stating that the car was ready. My husband left work early to take me to pick it up. I was at the dealer for an hour and they could not find the car or the key. Since it was now after 6:00 and they were closing, they told me they would figure it out the next day. I requested that they drive the car to me so that I did not have to make my husband leave work early again. When I was halfway home from the dealer, I received a call that they found the car. I turned around and went back to pick up the car. The car porters apologized to me, but the two service advisors that were there at the time I came in never even apologized.
