It took nearly two weeks to have my vehicle repaired. Not once during that two week period did the service department voluntarily reach out to me with an update. After a week, I had to call asking for information.
Worse, when I picked up my car today I was directed inside. Many employees were not wearing masks or had them hanging below their chins. When I stood far back from the cashier desk, an employee derisively asked if I was in line and sarcastically noted that I was being “super safe.” Of course, she wasn’t wearing a mask. She made another remark so that I had to tell her to “leave it alone.”
Finally, when the valet dropped off my car, he was not wearing any protective gloves nor did he wipe off the steering wheel or console.
I paid nearly $600 in service/labor fees and this was my experience. I honestly felt that the service department was not taking public safety seriously. I’d like to talk to the service manager about this experience, please.

Joel kept me notified on the progress of my car since I had to wait for a new tire to be brought from the warehouse. The tire I needed was not in stock at the dealership but I waited for it to arrive and for Ford to do an alignment on my car as well as putting on the new tire. Everything was fine except I thought the prices of the tire and the alignment were a little to steep for me to pay being I’m a senior and on a fixed income but it had to get done.
