Sheldon was great, but I have to say I'm very disappointed in my overall experience so far with Villa Ford. I bought a CPO F150 on Friday 3/6. The product specialists noticed the car's interior was dirty and apologized/offered to get it cleaned. I wasn't too worried and let it slide. The next morning, 3/7, the moonroof malfunctions/wouldn't close. I called Chuck who said to bring it in right away. He and Paul took care of me and hooked me up with a loaner vehicle. I was told the truck would be done by Tuesday 3/10. The repairs took longer than anticipated and I just picked the truck up today 3/16. When I went to the dealership, I had to run around to figure out how/who to return the loaner car to. I finally found Chuck who took care of it. When I went to get my truck, they couldn't find the key. At this point, I'm just shaking my head. I choose Villa because I thought it was a respectable well run dealership. I paid more than I wanted thinking the CPO and good dealership made it worth it. Needless to say, I'm second guessing myself. I really hope my next interactions go much smoother.
I do appreciate Chuck, Paul, and Sheldon's efforts to make it right, but there is room for improvement in the operations/execution.

The service was satisfactory and the wait time was also satisfactory. But from a customer satisfaction stand point, I feel that we should strive for excellence, not just to do the bare minimum. When I asked questions, my advisor just gave 1 word answers. He did not go into detail of what the service would be, how much it would cost, how long it would take, he didn’t ask me any questions at all. After the service was done, he did not go over the process or procedure. He did ask if I wanted my car wash, which I declined. I’d like a different advisor next time I go in for service. He didn’t seem to care about me or my car. I hope this helps. Thank you.

The work I requested was done to my satisfaction. It’s the recommend service that had me questioning you service center. You stated that I needed an oil change but the sticker in the windshield stated I still had 1,500 more miles. The previous oil change was at your facility. Next was that I needed new windshield wipers when I replaced them a month ago. They are brand new. I usually accept your recommended service but now you have lost my trust. 10 year customer.

I spent 5 hours there Saturday for a basic oil change and to find out about a possible sync software upgrade. That should have taken 2 hours tops! Why would you be so short staffed on a Saturday. For many people that is the only day we can come to you for service.
Very disappointed.

I brought my car in at 8:45 am on a Tuesday and they did not even LOOK at it until the following Monday. The car was finally available for pick up at 5:30 pm, basically one week later. If someone had told me it would have taken a week to begin with, I would have taken it somewhere else and had it that day or the next day.
