Great service provider. Very professional. I do wish it wasn’t so busy and the work could be completed in a shorter time. My heater isn’t working and Sheldon tells me no one is available to fix it for a couple of weeks. Either ford needs to build a better truck or ford needs more service centers.

Brought my 2018 F150 in because my stereo died on Tuesday 3/3. The truck did not get looked at until the following Monday 3/9, when it took till Tuesday 3/10 to actually determine what the issue was. Once the issue was found the part was ordered and replaced on Wednesday 3/11. I had to initiate contact with my service advisor each day to check on the status of my truck. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that it took over 1 business week before my truck could be looked at and diagnosed. All I wanted was consistent and honest communication to help not having my vehicle. Also when I picked up my truck a fuse panel was just lying on the passenger side floor, not put together correctly.

Went in for a factory recall that was to take two hours. In return turn into almost 5 days. Then was told it was my fault and I would have to pay for them to fix the recall. Luckily t I did not have to pay my truck is now running horrible when I took it in it was completely fine when I called to complain I was told I needed to have a service performed in order to make my truck run correctly after the recall was done. I see how they make there money now.

I had a battery put in my truck 18 months ago while it was still under warranty per your records. The battery says 36 months warranty however I was charged for a new battery because my car warranty is up. The battery warranty isn’t. This is my 3rd battery and I’m being charged for a faulty battery. Ford should do better. The battery says 36 month warranty. That’s what it should be regardless of when my car warranty is over.

I was never called when my car was ready. So I waited an extra hour for it. I was charged for a full synthetic oil change without given the option of weather I was wanting a blend or full synthetic oil change. And so I was caught off guard when presented with the bill for over $100. When speaking with the cashier manager she was rude and not helpful in explaining why the bill was so high. I walked away dissatisfied with my first visit to this Ford service department and probably will not be returning for a second visit. The guy who took my car was nice but gave the impression that he was a new employee who was still learning, which is fine as long as he has staff to train him properly and ensure my satisfaction.

My only comment, other than the great service that I received from Lua, is that I think that the price that you charge to balance tires when you have already planned to remove them and rotate them is outrageous. I was quoted nearly $22 per tire to have them balanced during the rotation that was already included in the work that I was getting done. Since I bought my tires at America’s tire, the balance and rotate them for free.
