Hi; Sheldon provide me with a great customer service but the repair took too long and the guys gave me the car very dirty inside out. Very dirty.... it seems the employees were working on the car with open windows and/or doors and the Explorer looks terrible. The valet told me that the car was not on the list therefore they didn’t wash it. He offer me to wash it but I couldn’t wait. Not very good.

Hi, I'm Adrián Ferro, the truth: I was very scared before I go to for a service, I was thinking I will had a bad service , I paid for service up to 75,000 miles, so one every 7,5000 and again I was not going with great expectations because I already know several dealers, but I really was surprised !!, was excellent !!!!

I have felt like I am an inconvenience and not like a valuable customer. My loyalty and my family’s loyalty is something that is not seen as a thing of value to my representative, in my opinion. There have been repeat instances of no communication from my representative that I’ve lead to missed opportunities, wasted time, and worst of all no vehicle… Three visits later I have to make a fourth visit sometime soon, and who knows if that will be the last one! I worked customer service and I understand you’ve had impacted schedule, I have been treated with a lack of respect and a lack of attention to detail. I need somebody to take ownership of my situation and make this right somehow. I was such a fan in Villa Ford and I want to be again but at this point I’m gonna need a hero. I need communication respect convenience and appreciation for the years long and cars deep loyalty from my family. Please help me flip the script and turn my frown upside down. It’s just a window problem. And I am nice I’m not yelling at anybody I’m not a jerk, I’m polite and not pushy. But sometimes I feel like my kindness is being mistaken for weakness and the very people who should be taking my situation and solving it, not just because they’re more knowledgeable but also because they’re being paid to do so, should do so with a smile and to the best of their ability and to a completion that does not require repeat visits. If and when it does don’t make me feel like I’m a **** and like I’m being done some sort of favor. I’m asking for my car to be fixed correctly in as few visits as possible and with as much dignity and respect and kindness as I should be afforded as a customer and as a patient customer. The repeat visits are only unacceptable when I’m not treated like I am valuable for my family and our loyalty to Villa Ford and when my time isn’t treated like it’s valuable enough to get accurate or even any communication about what’s going on and how long it’ll take. I’d appreciate a call from the service manager as soon as possible regarding what I can expect to encounter next time I bring my car in. Like I said I need a hero to take ownership of this ASAP. Please!

Was not able to complete service. In 9 hours only completed oil change. No communication from Carlos, I had yo call in to get status. Now I have to return for the two recalls to be completed and I had scheduled this service in advance.
