My problem is with Ford policy and not the service writer. I bought a used vehicle from Villa Ford. Villa had installed a new battery. Nine months later the battery failed testing at Kendall Ford in Anchorage, AK. The service writer in AK said, IF it was a new battery installed by Villa then Villa Ford should "pay back" an amount. Little did I know I needed the dead battery, as I thought Ford dealers worked together. I got the run around on both ends.

I had an issue with service manager Dustin. I brought my vehicle in to Villa Ford for service, and there were issues that were not corrected. So Dustin left me a voice mail telling me that they would give me a “diagnostic” and “replace” the parts “at no charge”. Words in quotes are his words within a single sentence. This lead me to believe I wasn’t going to be charged, because they made a mistake. When I brought my vehicle back the second time, I was told that they would only cover the “diagnostic” which I already paid for the first time.
