Great service overall! The only thing that threw me is how they give the car a wash with the service but do nothing to the inside of the vehicle. I feel like a quick vacuum would go a really long ways to making the car feel brand new :)

This dealer it’s a piece of S* the people that work there are very incompetent, they treated me with racist and like a stupid person. every time I bring my suv for any kind of problem they always come with a bunch of C* that they think people are stupid to believe what they’re telling me. So two years ago I bought some DVD player from Ford “originals” $2,000. They installed them they work find, some how a year later one stopped working flashing screen I brought it to the dealer and they asked did you bought them here? We can’t find anything we won’t cover or warranty anything like. Ok finally a few months after brought the truck back and they “diagnosed that a penny and milk was spilled inside”. I asked another place to fix it but they recommend to bring it back to the dealer Cuse it’s a Ford part. Brought it back and again they “check and they said again they found another penny and milk in inside” and it won’t cover the warranty and if I want to fix it I have to pay $900 + labor to put a new one. LIES Cuse my son was 18 months and couldn’t reach on top of the dvd, second he never took bottle and doesn’t drink milk so they said they have proves and show me some pictures that maybe a five years will believe that. Just to make the story short, but One thing I can tell you, this is my 4th car that we bought at Ford but for sure my last one and the worse experience ever. I would NOT RECOMMEND VILLA FORD at all. As soon as I find how fix this problem would get rid of this piece of car. For sure they don’t care of your satisfaction.

I went to get my oil changed and they left the oil cap off the toilet all all over my engine Kevin started smoking and I think it may even come to both of my drivers car up with smoke and I believe it may even have damaged my car very disappointed with my service went back barely got an apology and said they cleaned it and everything should be fine not happy with the service and I’m afraid you may have damaged my car
