The service advisor was great. My only complaint that has nothing to do with the service advisor is knowledge of service intervals. There was no sticker in my truck on when to bring it in, the app is not accurate, and there is no warning on the dash. Being informed of this or at least having a maintenance reminder sticker at time of purchase would have been nice.

I’ve had my car a 2019 Ford expedition max for three months. After buying I realize I did not have a brake controller brought it to you guys to have one installed. A few weeks later when I finally got to use that I noticed that it did not work when connected to my trailer and only work when you manually override the system. I finally had a chance to bring it in and dropped it off at night. I received a call the following morning telling me “I’ve got some very bad news for you “I thought he was joking. He said that there were footprints from a rodent in my engine compartment and that there was a rat infestation and this would not be covered by warranty. I thought for sure he was kidding me and asked him if he had the right vehicle??? I then went down to the service area to look at my car. I’ve never even open the hood on this vehicle. I don’t live in the woods, and there are absolutely no rodent infestation‘s in my house. I was showing some small Paul prints on the air intake cover and he pointed to an area where he said there was some droppings. The service guy never even took the cover off to look at my brake controller to figure out where the problem was. Tell me that I Had a rat infestation without even knowing if there was any such intrusion at all was very unprofessional. I agree that there were some paw prints on the dirty intake tube and injured cover but again this is an area that I’ve never even open this hood. Those could’ve been there when I bought the car but now I guess we’ll never know. Tell me that warranty was not going to be an issue and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket for everything without even looking to see if there was damage in my opinion is very unprofessional. I know that you guys have a scoring system there and I know that if you look up my name you’ll see that I bought numerous vehicles from you for myself and my family.. If I had to write them down I would say that I purchased approximately 14 vehicles in the last four years from David Wilson’s Automotive. Totaling well over half a million dollars...Needless to say I never question the professionalism of your service department

I was made to believe that the vehicle was ready at around 11am.
I arrived at 3:50pm to pick it up, to find out not only that it wasn’t ready, but it wasn’t washed. I had to wait an additional 50 minutes to finally get my vehicle. You guys clearly have spent a lot of money making sure the customer service is there. But all it takes is some of your employees (Robert) to not communicate properly, for the customer to drive away with a bad first impression.
