I was charged too much for a oil change. I asked about it and was told the works with the coupon was the best deal. As I was leaving Dustin spoke to me and said he looked at the charges and I was over charged. I did not have my tires rotated which was my request since my tires are new. I am a loyal customer and do not appreciate being over charged. Marcus and the guys who washed my van are fabulous. I have a van with driving modifications and I appreciate their extra care and accommodating my need to drive it into the bay. I understand mistakes happen but when I questioned it the first time the error was not caught. Dustin assured me I will receive a credit on my next oil change. Thanks for the opportunity to give my feedback.

I went to Villa Ford on a recall letter from Ford. A part was not in and I was told another letter from Ford would be mailed to me when it was ready. So, service was not done when I was there on Thursday, October 10. When I hear from Ford, I'll give you a call for an appointment. Thank you ....

Horrible experience I regret ever buying a car from here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If anything I'll tell them about my experience here. Car broke down with 32000 mi on it. Once we found out warranty wouldn't cover Janeys attitude completely changed. She from being a sweetheart to not caring you can hear her tone of voice completely change. When I returned the car rental Janey was still calling me telling me to return it. The day I returned the rental I had no form of transportation to get home.i was literally at the dealer crying with my 8 year old son to help me find a solution. Never received help. Oh and Janey send a link so that I am able to apply for a service credit but the bank she send the information about isn't even associated with their car dealer so I want able to fill out the application

Carlos was fear! However this the Second time in a row that I’ve been called saying in my car was ready to be picked up. And when I get to the dealership the wash and be done. Which means I have to stand around and wait for the car that was done. I am sure that the service advisor is being told the car is done. It is not his job to go out to the lot and inspect the car. I complained about this the first time and I complained about it the second time, my son has also experienced the same problem. If you can’t get the act together I’ll go to a different dealer. I live in Tustin power forward is much closer. As a sidenote I never had this problem with a previous management/ownership.
