The salesman who sold me the truck was really great . His name is Andrew Romano. Not only did he find me the truck I wanted which 3 other dealers could not do, but he got me a little bit better price than the other 3 dealers could offer. He also had to go to great lengths to get the truck to your lot. I don’t know why he could do it and none of the sales guys at other dealers could not. Next time I buy a car or truck I will be looking for Andrew and I will refer him to all my friends

I found it appalling that a simple airbag sensor required my car for 4 hours, when i know others that had this fix in an hour. BUT, YOU HAD MY CAR FOR 9 HOURS. I will find somewhere new to service my car. You obviously dont care about your customers time.

We dropped off our car for battery and car seat heater eval and 1 recall issue. Car was dropped off Monday at 1pm, recall issue was addressed by Monday evening. The vehicle sat Tuesday until Friday at which time it was evaluated mid morning and repaired by Friday at 12. It was unfortunate that the car sat idle for 3 full days before the battery issue was addressed. The seat heater worked properly with new battery and didn’t require any additional evaluation.
