Service was great from start to finish, took half the time he said it would. Robert was very friendly and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Thank you.
I would also like to give a shout out to the cashier. When the coffee machine stopped working, she to it upon herself to get it going again. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference!

No upfront pricing, no customer loyalty recognition. No appreciation, respect, PR, acknowledgment for buying the vehicle @ Villa Ford and driving from Long Beach to Villa Ford arriving at 6:40 am. No key words communicating total cost of service. Not a mention of the total amount or the additional amount for brake flush. Poor communication. After waiting almost 4 hrs, I questioned bill and told: “I told you twice”. Impertinence And in the end was told: “ Your vehicle is parked out front”. No further instructions. No thank you for your loyalty or for coming in or have a nice day. Sr citizen walking around in 88 degree looking for vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Great service as always. Example of great service was this morning when I was going to use the overnight drop at 6:45am. The service tech came out and helped me fill everything out. That’s customer service, the shop wasn’t even open and he came out to help me.
