I appreciated that my car was able to be washed before it was returned. Last time I took it to a Ford dealership for service and spent over $500 the car was not returned washed. Also, Glen did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done and the amount of time it would take.

I am not at all satisfied with the service here. My car was taken in on a Saturday night and I did not receive an update on my car at all and I still don’t even know what was wrong with it. No contact was made between the dealer and myself and I do not think that is professional on your part. I think that it’s ridiculous that you cannot call to update me on the process of my car but you are more than available to call every day to tell me to pick it up. On top of that, my husband is not the registered owner of the car and I had specifically asked for calls to be made to my cell phone since he cannot answer the phone during work hours. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing and I expected so much more from Ford.

Seriously? Is this what it’s come to at Villa Ford? I’ve been a customer for years. Never seen such incompetence...
