I’ve never brought my truck to anyone else for repair except Villa Ford. I brought my truck in about a month ago for an oil change. It was recommend I do a coolant/radiator service so I did. In the days following I smelled burnt coolant after a drive and the engine seemed hot from the grill area. I looked at the reservoir tank and the fluid seemed dirty considering it was just flushed. I brought it in today and was told the tank had a leak. The quote was $950. Does that seem reasonable? Quite a coincidence I suddenly need a new tank after you JUST flushed the system. Part of the $950 quote included flushing the system. Didn’t you just flush it? I’m not happy at all and it’s going to be difficult for me to take the truck there again. I think a refund for the “coolant flush” is in order. My contact number is ****-****-xxxx. -Sal P

The only thing. When I picked up the car. Nobody was behind the counter at the cashiers desk. I waited a good 15-20 minutes. I think the person was on break but nobody was covering while she was gone. Anyways. No big deal. Everything else was great!

Carlos did a great job. Additional feedback - he offered a car wash, and since I had just returned from Las vegas and the car was dirty and bug covered I said thanks, it can use it. Apparently it was washed, but very poorly, still bugs and droppings all over the front and the windshield. The dust was washed off, but not much else.
