Carlos was great. My tire pressure sensor was reset but it came back on as soon as I got on the freeway. My check engine lot was on but it wasn’t checked because it wasn’t the “correct department” to check it, because I came in for an oil change.

I had a coupon for a $59 dollar oil change and tire rotation (topping off fluids as well) special. Robert told me it may be $10 more for extra oil, but final bill was $85. Not his fault I guess, but I won't be back!

Would’ve like to got the cabin filter replaced. But it was $79.95 Last time I was in it was $59.95. Too high on labor charges so I got one from your parts department $29.95 I’ll do it myself. You need to watch your labor charges or you’ll be out of business. I am and old customer for many years have bought many new cars from Villa Ford. Old Military people tell it like it is.

Very bad service. Went for diagnostic test. After 5 hours Carlos Ibarra called me and still can’t find what the problem is. He asked me if I want to continue the service or stop it and I’ll be charged one hour labor service. I said yes to continue it but I changed my mind and called him back after 30 minutes. He wasn’t answering but I talked to one of the service representative and was told that nothing has been done in my car.. so I sent my husband to pick it up . What is so funny Carlos tex me after an hour that my car is close to completion and ready to be pick up soon. You guys need to do more about your services.

I am very disappointed in the service at villa ford. First, my wife went in for me and no one greeted her nor offered help/ asked if she had a question. This is not the first time this has happened. Second, things should be black and white. A piece of my car fell off while driving on the fwy, my wife took the car in to see if it was under warranty and she was told a technician would have to look at it to see if it’s covered. After a second trip there she was told it was NOT covered. I don’t know why they wasted our time and didn’t tell us the first time. To make things worse she was asked if she takes her car to the car wash, as of fords cars are cheaply made and can’t be put through a car wash. To answer your question @Ford, yes, yes we do take our car to the car wash just like millions of other people, and this only made me think.. are your cars that breakable that it can’t withstand a wash? Maybe, I should think about buying a different car next time. Definitely not a ford! Also, to the sales person who called after this visit, yes you can buy my car back, but no I don’t want to trade it in for another ford!
