Jane is such a upbeat, enthusiastic, pleasant and knowledgeable person making the customer feel comfortable. However after finding out I needed brake service later it dawn on me to check for coupons, Jane wasn’t in when I picked up my car but I asked Robert who told me their was a Villa Ford coupon available. It would have been nice if Jane would have shared that valuable information when I was contacted with the brake problem. But I still love Jane’s spirit!!
