Carlos is a very rude, unprofessional representative of Villa Ford. He blamed everyone else for his errors. My car took 1 month to replace windshield and headliner from an accident. Twice he ordered the wrong parts and claimed it was someone else’s fault. Left me without a car. I am a customer of Villa Ford for my vehicles and to be treated with such disrespect was deeply troubling.

Carlos was misleading in regards to the modular on the sensor for the rear door. After telling me that Ford had problems with the modular . He Told me that the technician said it was working but may stop working because of the modular . When I asked him what final bill was he told me it was 480.00 . But when I came to pick it up. The bill was 637.00 when I asked him about it he said there was a additional 160.00 for the tech to diagnose the rear door after he already told me what it was . He said it would be waived if I had it repaired for 392.00. The estimate was 628.00 . My problem is that he said the tech said it was working it was probably the modular . Then he goes back to diagnose it when he already knew what it was. That was total misrepresentation of what he told me on the phone . Since I am due to have the Navigation chip replaced for 404.00 and have modular replaced for 392.00 this a terrible experience. I live closer to Ford of Orange but to wanted to keep all Service with you since that is where the car was purchased and serviced. I am not real happy way this was handled. Thank you for time .
