Glen lacks personality, had much more conversation with the woman service writer to his left. Overall I was disappointed with the cashier she seemed distracted and would have purchased something from the parts department but found nobody at the parts counter while I was waiting for cashier

From the moment I arrived for my oil change appointment, I was treated like a valued customer. Glen Kotler greeted me and processed my paperwork, he gave me information on what would be looked at for my service and how long it would take as I was waiting for the car and guided me to the lobby area where he offered me refreshments. He checked in with me every 15 min. to give me a status report and promptly came (early) to guide me to the cashier when done. Excellent car and people service!!!! Thank you!!!

For a 15 minute repair at my place I ended up having multiple texts saying you had my car at the shop. This disrupted my off time and my work time. When I would text I get no response. I even called you guys and you promised I wouldn’t get any more texts. You need better business practices.

I enjoyed working with Sheldon. He was professional and he communicated with me as to what was going on with my vehicle. I really like that I could call him directly if I had any questions or leave a message. I did not have to go through customer service. That saved me time.

Service tech Carlos debated whether struts, etc., were covered under CPO warranty; he seemed sarcastic when I mentioned that they were covered under this warranty...and they were. Would have been much better customer service to say, "I'm sure that you are right about the warranty; let me just verify that and get back to you." Arguing with the customer, especially when the customer is right, is unprofessional, and rude. In addition, Villa Ford had my Escape from Thursday, 4/18, through Tuesday, 4/23; this is completely unacceptable! I will be taking my service, and sales, business to another dealership going forward.
