I appreciated Glenn helping me find the best deal for the 2 tires I need and helping make an appointment in early May for me to come back and have them replaced. He was also extra careful not to startle my service dog. Made me comfortable that she was welcome too while we waited.

I give the overall experience an 8 out of 10. Not receiving a “10” was due to clear confusion with customers and seemingly too few staff. I was happy to be working at the provided space, so the hours of time were not distruptivd for this day, but after what I believe was 4 hours from having brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change, I inquired on its status and was able to finalize. The cashier sent me to the wrong location and I spent time hunting for my car only to have to ask for someone to find it in an area opposite from where I was told it was located. There’s much good at Villa Ford, but the seemingly regular frazzle of too few customer service reps and unhappy, visibly and audibly unhappy customers is not a good image. Regarding location of cars ... what if parking spaces were numbered and when keys left with cashier they knew exactly where to tell the customer their car was located? Also Sheldon Cope is awesome. I now know I should only deal with him to be certain of receiving exceptional customer service!

Could not find the problem after 4 days. Told me I could pick up my car and I drove it home and problem occurred again. It has just been towed to your dealership

Jane didn’t come to me for my appointment. I spoke with someone else and told them I needed my car services for 60,000 miles, oil changed, and my ac checked. I didn’t get the 60k mike service or oil changed as requested when I picked up my car. Jane shows up last minute during my appointment with a fake British accent and was condescending and speaking over me and my concerns over my ac. And she forgot to include my oil change and 60,000 mile service. She called me later that day telling me that she would call me the following day about my car. She didn’t. I called villa ford myself and found out my car was serviced and she wasn’t in that day. Overall, I was disappointed.
