Though I’m sure the service performed was fine, I’m disappointed the service person handling my vehicle wasn’t quite honest with as to the status of my vehicle when I inquired - after having waited 3 hours! He advised my vehicle was in wash. 20 minutes later the cashier checked on me and my vehicle, and it was not in wash at all, it was still being serviced. As a Customer Service professional, you should NEVER over commit and under deliver. I was very disappointed.

I have driven my car for over 35.city miles in two days. The eco system has not shut down one single time since I picked up the car.something needs to be done, my mileage has dropped from 19 to 14 mpg. This is unacceptable

I believe that that poorly constructed moonroof that failed was not worth $1500 for the part alone. $2700 later and the pain of having to pay for that was the most I have ever paid in my life. I dropped the car off last Wednesday night and I didn’t get it back for a week. I didn’t feel there was adequate communication when the completion of the work would happen. I had to call Sheldon several times and I felt I was never going to get it. I know I will never buy another car with moonroof it has been painful lesson. I don’t think I will ever buy another car from Villaas result of this experience. Villa sold me this nightmare.

No one called me to give me the status of my vehicle. When I called, I had to leave a message and my call was not returned. Was not happy that I could not be told what was wrong with the vehicle. First was told they didn’t know, then that it was the emission valves and we’re waiting for Fords response (if this was covered under my extended warranty), then that the dip stick was not properly closed. Makes me question if they know what they are doing. Lastly, the loaner vehicle I was being offered was not big enough or spacious for my family. When my husband picked up the vehicle, he asked why they told me that it was the emission valves and he was told they gave me the wrong info.

Jane was very good. My disappointment is with Ford’s service and extended warranty. If Ford is going to take care of my vehicle, why did they not do any diagnostics during the 80,000+ miles they were responsible for? I am pretty sure the engine codes did not just suddenly show up. Either take care of my vehicle totally or don’t bother to sell me your service.
