I brought my truck in for routine maintenance and come to find out it had a few recalls on it. Dustin made sure we got the most important one handled and then scheduled another appointment for the others. My truck took a little longer than expected but he made sure to let me know the status of how it was going. That made waiting a little easier knowing I was kept in the loop.

It was not Valerie who brought the car into the shop. I provided my telephone number, my email contact and details to the casher and Robert My Original inquiry was with Dustin through email and telephne contact which got poor follow up and and lack of interest in our car recall. Your dealership repaired both the airbags at different times and yet I was told by Robert that there would be a $160 charge to diagnosis why the airbag light stays lite on the dash. I find that most disturbing since you are repaired the airbags. I did not have you repair out of pricinciple. I and my wife are not completely satisfied. Regards Norman Dole ****-****-xxxx cell,

Robert was very helpful today!! He let me know what to expect with my service and kept me informed throughout the day. He also helped me find some cost saving coupons that were available to me through the dealership as well. It was a higher than expected maintenance cost today and every little bit saved helped. Robert also let me know what services could be needed next for me so I can start planning ahead to save up money to get those services done when needed. That was extremely helpful to me!!

I left my car for a simple oil change service and i was not notified when the service was done after i called around 4 P.M. when the service started at 8 A.M., it is not not possible that the service took to long. Please do not contact me

Nobody seems to care when you walk in. I used to get better service before the remodel/Change. It’s almost like employees are irritated with you when you’re there. I was helped but people there didn’t seem very friendly.

I brought my car in on Saturday, January 5th, because it was leaking oil. It only had approx. 125 miles, as I had only had it since December 28th. The problem was diagnosed as being a turbo line, so a new one was ordered. However, I didn't get my car back until the 15th. I know that complications arise, even in new cars, but was frustrated that I had to wait so long for it to be repaired. Also, I had minimal communication from Erick Gonzalez. He was very kind when he did talk to me, and gave me a discount on the oil change I requested. However, I don't understand why the car took so long to repair, and would have at least liked an apology for how long I had to wait.

To whom it may concern, So back in November, I called and made an appointment to bring in my 2014 Ford Escape for yet another recall. I gave the information about what the recall was for, etc. when I show up an extremely rude blonde lady tells me "I better be aware my car is going to be here for 4-5 days" which was not at all what I was told. When I let her know that she says someone gave you the wrong information and walks me inside. She then lets me know Dustin was who I was supposed to meet with. He then apologizes for scheduling the wrong recall and informs me that the department for what I need the recall on is backed up 2 weeks at least. I knew I would be busy with the holidays so I scheduled my appointment for January 7. I called a week before and then a few days before and then no response. Finally, my dad calls and they tell him there was no appointment. They ended up agreeing to schedule me at 7 am on the 7th since this is when the appointment was supposed to be. I bring my car in and immediately see the rude blonde and Dustin and have a bad feeling. When I realize he is in charge of my car I looked at my dad and said this is not going to go well. We let him know I am now here for two recalls and would also like the front left light replaced as it is out. Dustin called to discuss pricing and when my dad heard the cost of the light would be $400 he questioned it but still said we would proceed as we needed to get my blinker fixed. I called on Thursday to check the status of the car since we were told it would most likely be done Wednesday or Thursday. I was told your car is done! You can pick it up between 12:30-1 it just needs to go through the wash so we'll call once that's done. I call back around 2 and no one answers. My dad then called and was told oh actually it will be done Friday. At this point we're beyond frustrated because we're getting different information and have not been able to get a hold of Dustin. On Friday my dad calls, and is told your car won't be done until Monday.. this means we had to pay an extra 3 days for a rental car even though the car should have been done days prior. (oh yeah, even for recalls they don't provide a rental...). We go to pick up the car today and when we arrive I tell Dustin it doesn't seem right we couldn't get in contact with him all week and that we were told different information about when my car would be ready and I even left work early on Thursday because of this. I also added it doesn't seem very fair we're paying for a rental due to a recall (whatever I can get past that part) but also pay 3 days longer than we should have. His only response was "well someone just told you the wrong thing not sure who it was". My dad was clearly over it and just said well you fixed the light on the car at least right ? Dustin then said "I thought we weren't doing that...". Not once did we EVER say not to do that. Aside from the recall it was the whole reason for bringing my car in.
