I brought my vehicle in for a air bag recall. Id like to say that everything of my service has been great except ...I’ve had an air bag light warning on my dash for some time and assumed the recall replacement would take care of that. Upon picking up my car the light was still on and when I asked the service reps they said that has nothing to do with the recall and will require additional service and/or investigation. Why was this not brought up during the whole day while my car was on site for the air bag recall ?? It could’ve been taken cate of during the same time ...super disappointing. Now I have to waste another day ???

I was told on the phone that my car was ready, there would be no charge, because it was all under warranty. When I went to pick it up I was told it would cost me over $90. Fortunately I questioned the discrepancy, so the service worker then told me there was no charge. I'm glad I questioned it.

I was never notified that my truck was ready for pick up, there was no follow through with my service advisor. I later learned from the service manager Aron that he was out sick, after I had sent numerous messages to the service advisor without receiving a response. Either way he failed to contact me the prior evening to let me know my vehicle was ready and there was no one monitoring his emails. If I hadn’t of called I would have never known that my vehicle was ready. Keep in mind that I dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning. And it’s now Friday.

Jane is a major asset to your service department. When buying a car the service department for the life of the car determines whether you made a good choice. Having a service advisor like Jane makes us want to deal with Villa Ford and happy to own a ford.

Dustin was great and easy to work with from start to finish. The only gripe has nothing to do with Dustin, but the inside of my car had oil on the door handle and white dust inside on carpet. But again Dustin was nothing short of great.

I called on Dec 26 or 27 regarding a recall for my 2010 Fusion. The parts had to be ordered and I was told it would be 2 weeks, which was fine. Well it is about a week later and I am being asked to take a survey ab9ut the service provided. I also got a text that my car is just about done. I haven't even brought my car in yet. I mean, I haven't had any complaints yet but like I said I haven't taken my car in. I hope it is just some glitch in the system and not a foreshadowing of what is to come. I was going to have other service done on the car while it was in but now I'm wondering if I should. Anyway, I will wait for the call to let me know when the part is in and I can bring in the car.
