Dustin was the “bomb” He checked in with me almost every day. Gave me updates on repairs and when I could get my vehicle back. Thanks Dustin for your great customer service. One minor problem when I got the car home: grease all over the inside back window because of the work done on the hatch by the mechanics. Maybe there should be a final inspection prior to releasing the car. Car was washed, but no QC on cleanliness.

Robert was outstanding. The alternator that was installed at a Ford dealer in Escondido failed on the I15N and vehicle had to be towed from Lake Elsinore to Villa Ford. He worked with the other agency to repair my vehicle for no additional cost—part AND labor.

I brought my truck in a month ago just to spend $1,600.00 to have the nothing repaired and as soon as I drove it away I got codes P0330 & P0325 both staying that my Knock sensors are faulty. This is what the Engineers from Ford said and Matt told me that it was my engine. I asked him if it could be the knock senors and he said no it would give off the codes I received from my GPS system that monitors my engine. I lost a month without my car and $1,600.00. Now I have to spend money to change out the knock sensor. My family has purchased over 100 ford vehicles and I have never had such bad service and lies and miscommunication between service and technicians.
