Villa Ford tried to overcharge me for warranty repairs. Then Villa Ford damaged my car. Tried to hide it. Then tried to deny it. I am dissatisfied and Sheldon in particular was argumentative, unfair, and did a poor job. I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed.

We were very frustrated with this trips experience. We were told that we couldn’t have a rental car because our car wouldn’t be there long enough. We have 5 kids so to be stranded at home is hard, but it was a holiday so we decided we would survive since I didn’t have carpool to drive. We dropped the car off at 8:30 am and didn’t have it all day. I got a call that it was going to get fixed, and then never got a call telling us it was finished. I called the next day at 7:00 am to learn it was done. No one called me or my husband. I have 5 kids to get to and from school and had our spare car, which doesn’t have enough seats, and my husband needed it for work. My husband had an 8:30 meeting he missed because he had to stay home with the kids that wouldn’t fit in the car. I took the others to school and then i came home so we could pick up the car and him get to work. It was a nightmare. Not to mention being stranded at home yesterday all day because you wouldn’t give us a car to use. When I called this morning to explain what was going on, no one apologized or said they were sorry for the trouble. I would have understood, but not even an apology was even more frustrating. I’m a small business owner and if I had employees not being kind and apologizing for their mistake, ie not letting us know when our car was done, I would want to know. That’s honestly the reason for this long story. I’d want to talk with my employees so that this didn’t happen again or if it did, they would know to apologize for it. Not sure we will come back when our car has issues.

Everything went perfect until the delivery of the car. I was given the keys and was told that the car was in the front. After lookkng all over the front and side. I found the car inside the service lot at t.f he end of the line towards the service area. This part could have been better.

Sheldon was great. He took the time to explain all the details of my maintenance package. I’ve had my car 3 years, no one else took the time to tell me everything. I thought it was only for oil changes.

Matt was solid in terms of explaining the service to be performed. He was also very personable and seemed like he genuinely cared that I, the customer, was taken care of and felt good about the work to be performed.
