I called the day prior to inquire about a recent recall on my vehicle and if it could be addressed the following day, along with an oil change, all in the same day. Dustin was very transparent about the fact that although the oil change and routine maintenance could easily be handled in one day, the recall issue may require the vehicle be kept an additional day. He also reassured me he would keep me posted well in advance if it was needed a second day, so I could make adjustments as necessary. Upon arrival the next morning Dustin greeted me promptly and professionally, reminding me that he would make every attempt to get it all done in one day, but preparing me with options if he thought that it might not be done in one day. Needless to say, he kept me posted throughout the day and was not only successful in achieving my requested services, had my vehicle washed and facilitated a Lyft ride to and from the Service Center for me. I’ve always received exceptional service from Villa Ford in the 13 years I’ve been a customer and although this was my first interaction with Dustin, he maintained the level of service and professionalism I have always greatly appreciated from Villa Ford. I only interact with the Sales folks about once a decade, so it’s the Servie Center and occasionally the Parts counter I interact with most, and in all these years, the staff and service is always exceptional. Thank You to Dustin and the Technicians in the shop for keeping me on the road and safe!

Car washed was still dirty and I had dirty footwear inside the on driver side floor mat.

Matt did a great job, all concerns were addressed. I also have to add Zak Slaughter, sales person who sold me my truck, stepped in to make sure I had a seemless experience with Villa. Zak truly helps me to drive an hour from my house, passing numerous ford dealers to have my work performed at Villa.
