You didn’t fix the problems. The no start issue is we’ll know with this car and Matt wouldn’t even address it. If it is the TCM modual then let’s change it or fix it. Door panel didn’t get put back correctly and it’s still not right. If your trying to hide the issues with this car good luck. It’s all over the internet.

Robert was nice to deal with; however, it was frustrating that we had an appointment to bring our car in on Saturday morning at 9:00am for an oil change and a minor interior cosmetic fix and then there wasn’t enough time on Saturday for service to get to our car. We left the car overnight and were told it would be completed Monday morning. Having not heard anything by noon Monday, we called and were told they still had not yet started the fix. The service folks didn’t have time to complete our car until 4:15pm (just prior to close) on Monday. It’s not easy juggling 3 kids, school, work, sports, etc.. with 1 car, this is why we made an appointment. True priority should be given to those with appointments. We were frustrated.
