Villa Ford has displayed the worst level of customer service and professionalism. We bought our vehicle in 2017 and have had a terrible experience every single service experience. This is very frustrating and a disappointment. The attitudes of the service representatives and managers are very unprofessional. The organization is less than par. Villa Ford does not put the customer first. This time, we needed our vehicle to go to the body shop for some work. We’re were called on Thursday stating they would have a loaner for us to use on Monday when we drop our Explorer off. We are a family of 4 woth car seats, strollers etc. the service rep tried to fit us into a Ford Fusion hybrid that did not have any room in the trunk. We were unable to fit any of our necessities into the vehicle. We were then picked up by a rep st enterprise and driven to their location. I was told we had to pay a $100 deposit to get a vehicle. I did not believe this was fair due to the fact it was Fords problem our Explorer needed to go to the body shop. I had the enterprise rep take me back to the dealership where i was told there were no vehicles for me and my family. I find it really hard to believe Villa Ford only had 1 Fusion as a loaner. I believe i was lied to. I was told there was nothing they could do. I requested my Vehicle back and we left. I took my Explorer to Fairway Ford where their customer service was excellent and they took care of me, my family and my vehicle. I will not be going back to Villa Ford for any service or to purchase another vehicle. I will not suggest any family members or friends to go to Villa Ford as well. It is very Dissapointing Villa Ford does not care about customer satisfaction.

When cabin filters were changed back in spring, immediately after, a noise of rattling was heard thru cabin filter. We were told it was paper stuck and it would cost a lot to remove. Well, we didn't get the paper stuck and there was nothing wrong before the cabin filters were replaced. Then we went from paper stuck to bearing worn out and no good. $500 later, we have a hard time believing this could happen when at first it was paper stuck scenario. Next time we won't replace the cabin filters. I think we will take our service elsewhere too. The integrity has to be upheld to a higher standard. Thank you for your time. Best Regards, Frank

Robert Bowden was outstanding. Great service throughout 95% of the process.
Checkout process with the cashier took over 1 hour, 20 minutes.
Robert had the team already was the car once. The morning crew came and washed the car again, unnecessarily wasting the car washer's time and making the customer wait.
Loaner car provided was delivered with multiple scratches and dirtied with someone's left over cashew nuts in the back seat.
