I have received the worst customer service from Ford Dealership(s). I was in an accident in of my 2 Ford escapes in Oregon. The car was totaled. When the 2 escape made it to Oregon I took it for servicing. Tires, balanced and aligned, oil change etc., while waiting I looked at 2024 Edge and Lincoln Aviator. I needed a 2nd car. My car was ready I drove home. It didn't like the way my car was pulling. I took it back to Dealership they serviced it. When driving home I couldn't believe I was driving the same car. It was worse. I called Dealership immediately. I'm taking my car to Dave Wilson. I brought my car in today and told Joel what was going on, he gave me est of $195 just to have my car looked at. I bought Mt car from you guys. I am 4th generation Ford owner. I have never been so dissatisfied from Ford. I will not be buying a Ford in the future.
