The service on my car was great and it was quickly done. It’s just that when the car is washed after the service it’s NEVER WIPED DOWN and it’s very spotted when given to the customer. This is the second time this has happened to me and BOTH times I have had to wipe it all down myself with a damp cloth. This gives the dealership a bad rap and it’s not fair since the service is ALWAYS good. Just thought it should be reported ONCE AGAIN.

Girls at front were nice and helpful
Rental department disappeared and left me waiting around a long time until I said something and someone helped and said you are not supposed to be waiting that long and couldn’t find where the girl at rental dept went
They held my truck for 3 days and forcefully charged me for a rental based on your backed up service department
