From the moment I called for information on the real call & was immediately given an appointment.How you open an extra lane for me to drop my car off. Then gave me a Lift ride home & drove my car to my house. I was treated better then I have ever been treated at a car dealership. I know nothing about cars, so can’t respond to that. I have the best warranty that ford offers and it won’t cover a plastic panel on the side of the drivers seat. Even though it is a know problem 400 for the repair is crazy. Glen is a great service rep.
