From the time of setting up, then easily changing the day and time, the whole process was clearly explained, with approximate timeline for all completion. I was offered a ride back home and delivery of my vehicle
when finished. I declined the ride home but was updated as to progress, and a family member took me home. I was notified when the vehicle was
wad ready, with complimentary wash, and I would get a call as to time of
arrival back to my apartment. All was timely and handled professionally!

I was upset to hear that a diagnostic test would cost $290. That seems a little outrageous. I was also surprised that was not covered under the extended warranty I was sold. I was told that basically anything that went wrong was covered and I would need to only pay my deductible. So it just felt misleading.
