My original appointment was scheduled for
Thursday, April 11, and I called the day before to confirm, and was told I needed
to reschedule it, since the detail person was not available. I reschedule to Monday, April 15. Reina, apologies for this change, but it was I that had call her to follow up about my appointment. I always had to call her to get any information about my appointment and each time I called her she told me she was about to call me. This is hard to believe, since it was after 5 pm, late in the day. I don’t believe it was the customer service I was expecting. She was not pleasant after I called her to ask about when I could expect when my car detail would be finished. All she could tell me is it will be there all day, until 6 pm.
