Our service agent was named Tim. He’s incredibly rude and condescending. Completely showed a lack of care or empathy for the problems. We were dealing with at the time and then had the audacity to ask us to give them a five star rating.
Next time I call and I need service if Tim answers the phone I will hang up and they call back for a different service agent
